My Process

Understand

 Because everyone is different I seek to understand first. And that means that I start with no assumptions about who you are and how I can help. I’m curious not just about your obstacles, but also where do you want to go, what do you want to achieve? And if that’s not clear, I can help you as well. This usually is the part that takes the most amount of time because a lot of details have to be clarified. I’ll ask questions and we will compare notes just to make sure that we are on the same page and we have a common understanding about you and what’s going on.

Strategize and plan

Once we have a good understanding about your context, what’s holding you back, but more importantly where you want to be now we can strategize about how do we get there. And we’re going to spend time until we find the perfect strategy for you. Once we have that, we plan for its execution

Take Action

Since we know where you are and where you want to be, and we have a clear plan to get there, now, it’s time to take action. And that means that every week you are going to follow up and execute on our plan. And then when we meet for the next session, we can evaluate how things went, what we can learn and what we could improve moving forward

Realign

Almost nothing is as certain as the fact that you’re going to eventually fall off track and you’re going to be misaligned with your goals. It happens often because it’s very hard to keep in mind. A vision that is constantly bombarded by deception traps illusions. So at one point we will have to readjust. Come back on track and resume our journey towards completing your goals.
